Reporting suspected misconduct

It is important for us that the principles laid out in our Code of Conduct are adhered to in practice. Algol Group has a whistleblowing channel in place that allows notifications to be made anonymously. The channel is available not only to our employees but also to our customers and other stakeholders.

The whistleblowing channel is an early warning system to reduce the risks associated with abuse. It is an important tool for us to maintain the trust of our customers and other stakeholders.

Our reliability and long-term success are built on our ethical principles. You have an important role to play in reporting suspected potential misconduct that is not according to our Code of Business Conduct. This will give us a chance to prevent or correct any abuse.

Reports must always be made in good faith.

Reports submitted using the whistleblowing channel are done so anonymously unless you decide to include your own name. After submitting your report, you will automatically receive a user ID and password that can be used later to discuss the issue anonymously with the team processing your report.
