Sustainability an increasingly integral part of Algol Group’s day-to-day business
The Algol Group’s shared values and Code of Business Conduct create the basis for our operations and determine the way we conduct our day-to-day business. Our Health, Safety and Environment policy as well as Quality policy guide our employees in their practical responsibility work.
The Group’s responsibility targets focus on employees, the environment and responsible business operations. In addition, our subsidiaries have defined responsibility targets relevant to their own business operations. The work took into consideration the results of a stakeholder survey, according to which issues such as product safety and supply chain traceability have become increasingly important to our customers.
In 2021, we introduced our Supplier Code of Business Conduct for both suppliers and subcontractors.
Algol’s Sustainability Report 2022 was published in April 2023.
