Restructured Algol Group defines corporate values
Following the restructuring of the Algol Group, management and employees have
defined values for the entire organisation. These values have been adopted as
the basis for all operations. The key values have been defined as reliability,
customer focus, profitability and the will to develop.
Algol´s values are based on traditions that stretch back over a hundred years.
Ever since its foundation in 1894, the company has paid close attention to the
quality of its products while emphasising good business practices and the
importance of respecting individuals. In its new form, Algol continues to
believe that a common set of values provides an important framework for
decision making. These values support the entire Group as it strives towards
its goals.
