New appointment at Algol´s subsidiary in Lithuania

Darius Kazlauskas has been appointed UAB Algol Chemicals´ Managing Director in
Lithuania as of 1 January, 2003. He has been acting as Assistant Director for
the company since October 2001.

UAB Algol Chemicals, established in 1997 as Algol´s subsidiary in the city of
Kaunas, specializes in the sales and distribution of industrial chemicals in
Lithuania.
