Name change: Algol Sverige is now Algol Chemicals

The company name of Algol Chemicals´ Swedish subsidiary Algol Sverige AB has
been changed on 5 December to Algol Chemicals AB. Previously used as an
auxiliary trade name, the new name has now been officially confirmed and
entered in the trade register. Following the change the Algol Sverige name
shall remain an auxiliary trade name of Algol Chemicals AB.

The history of Algol Chemicals AB, a specialist in the distribution of
industrial chemicals, stretches back within the Algol Group to 2001, when Algol
acquired the entire shareholding of the Björn Fredlund companies. The company
was made a subsidiary of Algol Chemicals in connection with the restructuring
of the Algol Group at the beginning of 2004. The current Managing Director is
Christoffer Lindqvist.
