Kaitos moves to the Algol grounds in Espoo

Kaitos Oy, Algol´s subsidiary that specializes in the deliveries of civil
engineering and environmental construction products, has moved from eastern
Helsinki to the Algol grounds in Espoo. The arrangement is expected to bring
synergy benefits to Kaitos´ sales operations and render its logistics service
even more efficient.

The new office premises of the company are located adjacent to Algol´s
headquarters at the address Karapellontie 8. Also the storage of
Kaitos´products will be transferred to the grounds of Algol´s central warehouse
in the next few days.

Algol acquired the entire share capital of Kaitos in 2000. Since then, Kaitos
has continued as Algol´s subsidiary forming part of the Technical Division´s
operations. The main business areas of Kaitos are road construction, weak soil
construction, environmental construction, house building and bridge building.
