Algol Chemicals in Lithuania receives Gazele Award

For the second year in a row UAB Algol Chemicals has received the Gazele Award
from the Lithuania´s leading business publication Verslo Zinios. The award is
granted annually to the most succesful and rapidly developing companies in
Lithuania. The winners are selected by a jury consisting of industry experts
and business journalists.

UAB Algol Chemicals´ Managing Director Darius Kazlauskas attended the gala at
the Le Meridien Villon Resort and Convention Centre in Vilnius on 31 January.
At the award ceremony he received the Gazele 2007 diploma on behalf of the
company. The event was also attended by the President of Lithuania Valdas
Adamkus, who patronises the Gazele Award competition.

UAB Algol Chemicals is specialised in the distribution of insutrial chemicals
in Lithuania since 1997, when the company was established. The company has a
sales office and a local warehouse in Kaunas, and it currently employs a staff
of twelve.
